Movement coach / Remedial Massage Therapist / Personal Trainer
Luke is a pioneer in what he calls Functional Movement Therapy or FMT.
Using concepts and knowledge he has gained whilst working as a Personal Trainer, Functional Movement Assessor and Remedial Massage Therapist, coupling this with over 10 years of climbing experience, Luke will bring you a clear understanding of the biomechanics of the shoulder, why things go wrong, how to identify arising issues, how to prevent them and more importantly develop bomb proof function shoulders to improve your climbing ability.
Physio / Former Olympian
Caitlin is a physio at Barefoot Physiotherapy, located at 28 Curzon street in Tennyson. She is passionate about encouraging and enabling people to live healthy and active lives. Caitlin’s passion for a life focused on well-being originates from her first-hand knowledge of how empowering it is to be healthy and strong. She represented Australia in the 4x400m track relay at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Through her experience as an Olympic athlete and Physiotherapist, Caitlin understands the difference that quality physio can make to performance and injury-prevention, improving sporting performance through technical and postural changes. Barefoot Physiotherapy focuses on self-management and long-term injury prevention allowing our clients to live their “Barefoot Lifestyle” whether it be competing at the Olympics or training at the Gym.
